The real estate marketing tends to involve advanced tech solutions. But although the range of VR ideas is large enough, only part of them are widely used in this market. The list of the solutions available usually had 2 points in it: 360-videos and virtual tours. But the E-STATE team added the new approach — the VR combo. E-STATE is a multifunctional software and hardware solution, developed to demonstrate real estate projects located anywhere in the world with the use of VR technology. The user experience begins with the selection of the country. The next stage is the close up of the city map. Then — the choice of a specific project, detailed review of the surrounding territory, facilities, and infrastructure. And finally — the choice of various sorts of housings.
Our goal was to create the identity, that would literally reflect the product's components. So we chose «circle» as the main element to show the several levels of immersion into the process of apartments searching.
